Ryan Pettit - Director & CEO

Ryan held several management positions with some of the UK’s largest media organisations before joining MRT in 2013. Bringing with him 13 years’ experience in Sales, Key Account Management and Marketing from the fast-paced advertising sector, he initially managed our marketing activities before turning his attention to our International sales and key accounts. Ryan has developed bespoke safety solutions for some of the world’s largest companies operating in Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind and Aquaculture. He has been instrumental in developing internal systems with a key focus on delivering efficiencies and as CEO of MRT drives all aspects of our daily operations.

Mark initially joined Marine Rescue Technologies on a part-time basis for a number of years, before taking on the role of Service Manager on a full-time capacity in October 2012. Until moving to the position of Research and Development Manager in June 2014, Mark was instrumental in the implementation of MRT’s beacon and PFD recertification programs and overseeing the resulting growth of the Service Department. Since June 2014 Mark has been working with internal & external partners to ensure that MRT continues to develop and innovate world class market leading products and services that make operations in the marine environment safer than ever.

Marine Rescue Technologies welcomed Paul in September 2014 to become the in-house Brand Specialist and Creative Advisor. He has 30 years of design and marketing experience behind him, whilst working at some of the largest companies in the local area, including The Hull Daily Mail and Rapid Solicitors. Paul is also responsible for MRT’s IT solutions, providing technical support and ensuring the network infrastructure meets the organisation’s requirements.
